I see this within nostr disassociated with bitcoin. The @V E C T O R and @Team Soapbox teams integrated webxdc mini apps into their nostr systems. That file type was originally designed for delta chat/arcane chat (the Tyr/yggdrasil protocol). They took that idea from that system and integrated it into their nostr system (which also runs concord, which is its own thing).
