I hate myself for having invasive thoughts like, "When will somebody shoot Trump dead?" But when I hear reports like this ...then I kinda can't BUT think and wonder that. Like holy shit, USA is in a deadlocked downward spiral. Its _actually_ only gonna get worse and that is pure insanity o.o... Bruh...

Every day again, I read about another government wanting to ban social media for minors. Thats gotta be some grifting shit at this point, right? ~15 years ago, scientists warned and experts explained, but nobody listened. Now, 1-2 generations are algorythmically fucked. I do not see this being a good thing. At all. Seriously what timeline are we living in? Tech-world is depression (RAMageddon), USA is the most unstable it has seemingly ever been (ICE) and politicians worldwide are attempting their damndest to ban stuff to protect kids while collecting all the data possible. I want a time maschine...badly. Bring me back to 2000 when the internet was new, memes fresh, 4chan did real impacting stuff, Newgrounds was the place to be and games made to be played locally with no internet. In a few weeks, I will literally go to rehab for burnout, but I will likely complain about this "stress" too because I am genuenly at my wit's end as to how to deal with this burden. x.x

Since I passed my apprenticeship and switching to a 20h week for quite a while, I guess I am definitively going to pick up on my dev projects. And I will add a desktop nostr client that IS NOT Electron. Perhaps I can make Fyne work...? Either way, THAT was a desaster and a half. xD Im wide fucking awake now. #bullshitstr

Ok cool, cache busting fixed the other clients after removing AKA Profile and switching to keys.band Bro i am losing my mind... Have NEVER had this fragility in Nostr, ever. x.x

#asknostr Can you recommend any desktop nostr clients? Im done with this javascript jank and want a real, actually working, desktop client. xD Having like five clients break out of nowhere is annoying - so I want a fallback to make sure I havent lost my sanity when this happens again...

Oh my god finally. #Rabbit works. AKA Profile hangs, nostr.keys doesnt present permission popups and meanwhile, NoStrudel, Primal, Nostromos and basically most clients hang indefinitively. In the browser console log, I see a crapton of failed connection attempts to some localhost relays - which means that due to the outbox model (or something else?) i get a couple of trash relays blown into my connection list that break shit. This is fucking annoying. x.x

Tomorrow, friday, my apprenticeship ends. I am supposed to do a presentation. And I fucking loathe presentations... Last fight, then it's all over... hopefuly. x.x
