Hey @PABLOF7z, loving Olas but in the past 24hrs I've received zaps but no zaps in the default wallet. This did work prior. Don't know if it's a bug? Haven't changed anything in my settings. Just an FYI.

Canada and the US have long and storied history of working together. That the USAID has been funding Canadian Universities for "research" reminds me of how they did the same at McGill University in Montreal from 1957-1964. The research done? MKUltra. Tearing the personality, the soul, of the person through shock treatments so they could be rebuilt into compliant usefull idiots. And now we also have the great revelation that USAID was also funnelling money to Global Affairs Canada. For what purpose? We may never know for the Liberals/govt had taken down the database for quite the period of time before reuploading it. What's changed in that time? And why would the US be using Canada as a conduit? Like I said, a long and storied history.

I'm thankful to see all the USAID waste being exposed. In Canada we have the Canadian Taxpayers Federation and they've exposed a lot of similar crap over the years (German sex expo, drag queen shows in foreign lands, and "don't poop on the beach" signs in Ghana, etc). Sure, we're on a much smaller scale but it's nice to know both our countries are grossly incompetent, corrupt, and we're not alone in this. Now we just need to make it all official and eliminate the waste up north... Starting with the Liberal and NDP govt.

The pot is boiling and the patient frogs are getting ready to jump. The only question remaining is who is really controlling the heat.

I'm not down with "life sentences". Prisons were once Reformatories. That meant one could be reformed into productive members of society. They evolved into Penitentiaries where one would do "penance", or pay for their sins and try to make good on their souls, with their God, and with their fellow man. If what you did is so bad that it deserves a life sentence with no chance of parole, and is without shadow of doubt, clear as day... I fully support the death penalty. Sick animals get put down to protect the herd. If you think humans are not animals but somehow elevated, your ego needs to be checked. Evolved, yes, but not elevated. And this sentence should apply to financial terrorists, too... The ones that con and scam seniors, destroy pensions, and steal. Vietnam might have it right. The richest woman in that country embezzled and stole hundreds of millions of Dongs (don't laugh. That's what the Vietnamese currency is called) worth $12.5B USD from her company she has been given the death penalty. If she returns 75% of it her sentence will be reduced to "Life in prison". This is the way.

You ever go play an album (a whole album) from, like, your Junior Highschool days? And realize you know all the words to all the songs even though it's been decades since you listened to it? That was me tonight with Depeche Mode "Music for the Masses" (did I just dox my age?). Anyways, don't tell me you can't memorize 12 or 24 words.

I don't understand the fascination with Canadian Maple Syrup... Yes, it's good (and should be a preferred topping) BUT in the US, New Hampshire and Maine are well known Maple syrup producers. In fact, some of the best pancakes I've ever had were in Maine and they served it up with Bumbleberry Jam. I've also passed sugar bushes (the term for a maple syrup farm) in NY State and Ohio. It's not like it's impossible to get just as good American syrup. It's likely just that it's more expensive than the nasty corn syrup factory garbage in the grocery store. Funny fact: The Dutch in Holland actually use light corn syrup as their preferred topping.

I'm gonna make a prediction: the Tariffs on Canada will be in Gulf until the results of the election we hope to have in May. The threat of these tariffs will remain in place. Each month there will be an update of good news for Trump with morning actually changing on the Canadian side. If Polievre wins the that's will still continue but he will have a mandate to actually implement the necessary changes to our border and immigration. If no election is called then tariffs will come. There is a challenge in court that the proroguing (closing) of parliament was not justified. That happens in two weeks. If overturned then Trudeau has to return where he will be voted no-confidence and we go to election. Trudeau's promises to Trump today were hollow. He announced the 1.3B in December but can't weekend why money unless voted on in parliament which works be a confidence vote. He can't send 10k troops to the border... That's 1/4 of our deployment ready forces. Sad but true. He already bought those helicopters (wow! Two whole Blackhawks!) and they are being used along with the drones. Oh now we're concerned with the cartel? In 2019 one of El Chapo's lieutenants came to Canada to run labs ON A STUDENT VISA! In December the RCMP (think FBI) produced a report that there are over 4000 criminal organizations operating in Canada. Trudeau says he admires China... Is that why there are Chinese CPP police stations operating in Canada? Harassing Chinese dissent Canadian citizens that oppose China? A former CSIS (think CIA) officer has come out that our govt is infested with over 50 foreign co-conspirators. It's gonna take a whole lot to rip the rot out of this country. Till then, we're held hostage and Trump is gonna generate positive headlines as a reward for patience before he ultimately is forced to make the call.
