I was at Walmart the other day. They had chuck eye steaks for 11.98 a pound, right next to them were chuck roasts for 7.47 a pound. The one right on the top had a gorgeous chuck eye in it. I don't normally like to toot my own horn but this is a milestone for me. The week of Thanksgiving last year I stepped on the scale and it read almost 380 pounds. It was a smack in the face for me and I realized I needed to do something to make sure I am around for my family as long as possible. I've been eating keto and exercising since then and this weekend was the first time in over a decade that the scale has read below 300 pounds for me. I still have a long way to go but I'm on the way.
