I met someone at a networking event who was trying to shill me his cRyPTo hedge fund.
I was clearly uninterested. But out of the kindness of my heart gave him free alpha (Liquidate the fund, buy bitcoin instead).
He continued to shill the fund.
I turned him into bone broth.

I was dumbfounded to find out that there are people who “own” ethereum, but not a single sat…

I think the thing I hate most about the vegan movement is that there are foods, sauces, spices, etc., that are so obviously vegan there’s no possible way you can think any animal-based product is involved in it’s creation
BUT
They still put some flashy label on it exclaiming that it’s 100% vegan!
Like yeah I don’t think a single person thought there might be chunks of meat or cheese in this coconut water or this small package of heirloom tomatoes.
Regarding my comments on Biphasic and Polyphasic sleeping. If you can sleep straight through for 7, 8, 9 hours then go for it.
For the rest of you that get like 5-6 hours straight through, don’t beat yourself up over it. It’s seemingly more natural than the prescribed 8 hours. Just take a nap at some point in the day.
There have been countless times where I only slept 5-6 hours and kept asking why the hell I couldn’t sleep for 8 hours straight wondering if there was something wrong. The avoided taking naps so that way I would be tired enough to sleep the prescribed 8 hours.
Propaganda’s a helluva drug.

Me: “Yes.”

Now that I’m thinking’ about it, can bentonite clay be used to remove tattoo’s?
The ink for tattoo’s have heavy metals in them and I’m wondering if this bentonite clay can have a sort of extraction effect like it does for the heavy metals in your body🤔
There’s always room for redemption, anon!

I try to get to bed by 8PM for first-sleep so I can get to second sleep by 2AM👍🏽
Okay, now time for second-sleep😌

Anyone else a cholesterol-maxi?
I, for awhile, had this natural pattern of sleeping for a few hours, waking for a little bit, then going back to sleep for a few hours.
When I started going pure carnivore for the first time (a few years ago), I noticed I would either sleep a straight 5-6 hours or I would get 3-4 hours of sleep, wake up for a little bit, then go back to bed for a couple hours before getting up for work. I thought it was because my body wasn’t comatose from garbage food and my body was working so efficiently that I didn’t need a full 8 hours to “cleanse”.
As I was doing the carnivore diet there was something about the sleep pattern that gave me the sense that there was something about *not* sleeping the prescribed 8 hours that felt right. I thought there was no way early humans could afford to sleep a straight 8 hours because that would leave them vulnerable to predators.
It was only this morning when I woke up at 2:30AM after 5 hours of sleep that I looked up sleeping in shifts.
Apparently (and so obviously) prior to the Industrial Revolution, Biphasic and Polyphasic sleeping was normal. People would just take naps during the day for an hour or two, if they didn’t go back to sleep after waking in the middle of the night for an 1-3 hours.
In fact; There are many historical accounts up into the early 1800’s of people referring to “first-sleep” and “second-sleep”.
And if you think about it, sleeping a straight 8+ hours is an extremely unique feature/bug to modern adult humans. Babies don’t do this and pre-elementary school (School kind of follows an Industrial Revolution schedule (at least in the US)) are always waking up sporadically and taking naps. I briefly read about remote tribes in South America and Africa getting much less sleep than 8 hours even without artificial light.
As “8 hours of sleep” is the mantra of PhD sleep “experts”, I’m inclined to think that this is some “ancient” knowledge that could be used to dunk on them. *dunk*

Quick overview of why you should avoid plastic clothes:
First, understand that you consume more tap water through your skin than you do through drinking it. Your skin consumes what touches it.
Polyester clothes are literally made from recycled plastic water bottles.
Therefore, polyester clothes are made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
PET doesn’t biodegrade, it just breaks down into ever smaller particles (micro- and nano-plastics).
When the plastics are breaking down, the main chemical that leaches is acetaldehyde. A carcinogen.
This does not include the many chemicals used to make the polyester workable into softer and stretchier fabrics which include BPA and phthalates.
These plastics breakdown even faster when exposed to UV Light, acidity and salts.
Now your morning jog in your “luxury” athletic clothes becomes a little less healthy.
Although, this is true of most clothes not just athletic brands.
An overwhelming percentage (not sure the exact amount but definitely over 75%) of clothes are made entirely or blended with a synthetic fiber.
Wear beautiful, real clothes.

The typical question I get when the average person asks me about raw milk is “but doesn’t it taste weird?”
What is it about boiling the milk and taking the fat out of it that leads people to believe that it tastes better this way?
The answer is propaganda.

I have no clue at a technical level how this works or if it’s even necessary, but is there something like a multi-sig being built for businesses that have a nostr and want multiple people to approve of a message through their cryptographic signature?
That’d be cool if there was a mini-script type deal where 3-of-5 people in an organization must sign, but the CEO needs to be 1 of the 3.
This would help avoid situations where something like one rogue employee launches an ad-campaign without the higher-ups knowing about it as claimed in the Bud Light debacle (Obviously, this was a sham)

Oral health is the toughest category for which to find a 100% natural product.
I’ve previously mentioned I use a wooden toothbrush with boars’ hair bristles.
Additionally, I’ve mentioned that I use a clay based toothpaste, you can make this from bentonite clay and salt.
Lastly, for the full stack, I’ve been using a silk floss coated with beeswax and bamboo salt that I get from Ojooka.com this was the toughest one to find because there are many other natural flosses, but I could not get an understanding of what the coating was on them, but it seemed seed oil-y.

Based on health benefits the two best natural fiber materials are linen and wool.
*not to be worn together*
As mentioned previously, they are both the highest-frequency materials so I’m wondering if those health benefits are natures indicator to wear these high-frequency clothes or if they have the health benefits because they’re high-frequency🤔
But also don’t listen to me, I’m a crazy person who uses silk floss coated with beeswax and bamboo salt.
I can’t say for certain, but I’m convinced that those “100% linen” or “100% cotton” garments that have a blended trim or the elasticized waistband, are having their esoteric high-frequency vibrational energy disrupted.
Clothing companies that make any 100% natural fiber clothing are few and far between.
And many of the ones that do, say “100% cotton/linen/etc.,” followed by “Exclusive of trim” or “Elasticized” waistband.
That’s *almost* 100% natural fiber.
*Not* 100% natural fiber.
