For most of my adult life I have avoided buying white clothes mostly because I knew eventually yellow pit stains would arise given this was a common theme in most of my clothes as a teenager. I recently thought maybe that was because I was detoxing through my armpit sweat. Turns out, the aluminum in the deodorants mix with the proteins in your sweat and form this yellow-ish color. Another reason you should drop your fiat-deodorant. Not only will it poison you with parabens, phthalates, aluminum, and lord knows what other chemicals, but It’ll also stain your beautiful natural fiber clothes. Stop using deodorant, but if you must there are plenty of natural options now. Bentonite clay is a viable option as well. #TheMoreYouKnow

Looking into testing the Primal iOS client. Is it secure to plug my private key into the app or should I just create a new account? #Nostr

The interesting thing about flour made from einkorn (the original wheat) is that it ferments much quicker than regular flour. Perfect for speeding up the sourdough process. Einkorn has a different gluten structure (and *way* less gluten density) than our modern wheat so it’s been said that those with gluten intolerance aren’t as bothered - if at all - by this type of wheat.

If there’s one thing you don’t buy from the store it’s the pork. It’s supposed to be red meat, but looks pale. It is extremely unlikely that any of the pork you find at the store is not almost entirely fed some sort of GMO corn and soy feed. A lot of those pigs are genetically modified to contain very little subcutaneous fat and gain a ton of weight from the time they are born to 6 months old. At which point they’re butchered. Not to mention they’ve been injecting a lot of the factory farmed pigs with some mRNA vaccine since 2018. Funny enough, seems like they did more research on the mRNA vaccines they gave to pigs than the ones they gave to humans.

Nothing irks me more than someone who wears their AirPods while having a conversation in person. You can stop microwaving your brain for 5 seconds when you talk to me. #PuraVida

Lord knows how much aluminum you’ve absorbed from your fiat deodorant. Throw on a mud mask in your pits to detox those lymph nodes.

Aluminum is extremely abundant in the Earth’s crust. There’s an argument to be made that the chemical solvents used to spray large swaths of land for crops causes that soil to breakdown and release more of that aluminum into the food.

In a past-life, I could slam an entire family-sized box of crunchy chocolate chip Chips-Ahoy cookies. About a month ago I tapped out after consuming 2 normal sized sourdough chocolate chip cookies with a small glass of raw milk. Before, my body was endlessly seeking nourishment that was nowhere to be found in the bottomless pit of fiat food.

“Real lasagna’s move in silence” - Lil Wayne When he said this what he meant was that when you eat a lasagna where the dough is made from an ancient grain (einkorn), the ground beef is local grass fed and finished from a female cow at an age greater than 3 years old, the tomatoes are fresh from your non-pesticide laden garden, and the cheese is made from a2/a2 milk that’s unpasteurized and non-homogenized also from local grass fed and finished cows, then the lasagna will move through your digestive system without any noticeable discomfort like gas and bloating. He was way ahead of his time. #IYKYK

Grass-fed grass-finished ground beef with a blend of ground organs (spleen, tongue, liver, heart) + French fries (Potatoes fermented for 4 days and nights, briefly soaked in white vinegar then fried in a blend of beef tallow and pork lard locally raised and fed a species appropriate diet) #HatersWillSayItsFake #TheSeedOilIndustryHatesHim image

You shouldn’t ferment anything using tap water because of the chlorine in it. The chlorine in tap water will naturally kill the bacteria. I’m sure the ingestion of tap water does number on the gut microbiome based on the above reasoning.

If you don’t feel comfortable making a broth from the bones of your enemies given their non-species-appropriate diet and sedentary lifestyle, then that’s okay! You can always use the bones to craft buttons for your high quality non-fiat shirts and pants! #Ingenuity #PuraVida

I would say I’m dumbfounded that things like socialism, Ethereum, and Impossible Burger still exist, but even the most clownish things can live indefinitely when they’re backed by The State.

I’ve reached the point of the health and nutrition rabbit hole where I think that dirt (bentonite clay) is a viable supplement. There’s no way I’m not at the bottom of this thing.

Bentonite Clay can produce a negative charge when hydrated which is why it clings onto postively charged heavy metals. The idea of grounding (Being barefoot in the soil or sand) is that you are connecting with this electron pool that is the earth (negatively charged) and neutralizing all the positive charge that has built up in your system from EMF radiation. I wonder if eating bentonite clay is a close second to grounding 🤔 #PuraVida

When I say “Eating dirt (bentonite clay)” I’m not suggesting to eat mouthfuls of clay. I literally put a small spoon full of clay in some Mountain Valley water and drink the solution it forms.

Eating dirt (bentonite clay) actually helps to detoxify from heavy metals such as aluminium, lead, and mercury. It’s also said to detoxify pesticides as well.

Truthfully, sometimes I don’t really think I’m *that* jacked, but I hear it so often from other people that I just run with it, mostly for the purpose of humor. “When you’re good at something, you tell other people. When you’re great at something, other people tell you.” - Bruce Lee
