Buy your fruit locally.
This will force you to eat seasonally and you will avoid the store-bought fruits.
The store-bought fruits can sometimes be coated in some GMO industrial wax to preserve the fruit (Take a close look at some of the oranges being sold, next time).
Even the organic fruits can be labeled organic and still be coated in non-pesticide chemicals for preservation purposes.

I will only consider patronizing a restaurant that has the sourcing labeled underneath each food item so I can verify the ranching practices with the associated farm.
I only eat open source food.

I think it’s kinda sweet watching Nostr sort of get stress-tested in real time. I know the attack is on Damus specifically, but still.
I’m not smart enough to know what happens, but is there just going to be a big migration to other clients and we can watch how smoothly people transition?
It’s been said that every man should have a “party trick” (some fun/interesting skill that “wow’s” people)
Mine is doing a Turkish Get-Up with a medieval style cast iron cauldron filled with boiling hot broth made from the bones of my enemies.
As a result I leave very early on in every party with third-degree burns.
I have not yet perfected this trick.

You shouldn’t be using tap water for anything. Especially not for fermenting your pickles. The chlorine in the water hinders the growth of the beneficial bacteria that’s produced in the fermentation process.

Run this experiment with your sunscreen-wearing “friends”.
Take a can of spray-on sunscreen, spray the leather interior of their brand new Porsche 911 GT3 and then show them the results.
Real leather is made of animal skin and sunscreen is damaging upon contact causing discoloration, drying out, stains, and clogs the breathable pores of the leather.
But also make sure to applaud them for choosing the vehicle with actual leather interior instead of some fiat-materials.

June is now officially Second-Hand Sunscreen Awareness Month.
Tell your family. Tell your friends.
On average 6.15 people choke on the residual fumes of other peoples sunscreen spray every second!

There’s no need for me to go to casinos to gamble because leaving my coins on an exchange is equally as thrilling and I can lose all of my money from the comfort of my home😌

Whole lotta concern around second-hand smoking, but no one ever talks about second-hand sunscreen exposure.
Take your sunscreen shower at home so you don’t expose me and my pocket-steak to your toxic fragrance.

On my way to cure your girls eczema.

Saw some corporate media post about how “You’re eating watermelon all wrong” and that you should eat the rind AND the seeds….
I have done no research on this specifically, but from what I know, I imagine that eating the seeds and rind of the watermelon are absolutely punishing for your system to digest, not to mention the defensive-toxins that they’re most likely loaded with.
Animal-based eating becomes a more alluring way of eating when you start to put in the leg work to properly prepare certain vegetables and realize it’s a pain.
I love watermelon, but I’ve thrown in the towel. The cucurbitacins cause gastrointestinal distress. This chemical is also prevalent in cucumbers.
Fermenting the cucumbers (making pickles) blunts or rids them of the cucurbitacin making them less negatively impactful on the gut.

Processed “milk” aggravates eczema.
Real milk cures it.
