Everyone can be beautiful. Except unelected officials at three-letter NGO’s. No amount of real milk, mastic gum, and/or pig fat can cure their ugliness.

My dream for the future is that actual health and nutrition is so well understood to the common man that the medical profession atrophies and exists almost entirely for trauma-related care because chronic disease is so few and far between.

Between ages 2-6 I had quite aggressive asthma that mostly flared up during allergy seasons or around pets. It became more mild as I grew older until it became virtually non-existent. The doctors said I needed to use a nebulizer every evening. The doctors said I needed to take this allergy medication for the duration of allergy season. The doctors said I needed to carry an inhaler with me everywhere and take two puffs a day. The doctors said the milk was agitating it and that I might do better with some alternative “milk”. My diet was A LOT of processed industrial garbage. The one time the doctors suggested it was diet-related they went the complete wrong direction. #DrinkRawMilk #DrinkRealMilk

More than 75% of people with asthma have GERD. For a short period I was having bouts of acid reflux that was restricting my ability to breathe so easily. I didn’t realize they were connected at the time. I’m curious how much of childhood (and I suppose, adult) asthma cases are caused by poor nutrition and associated digestive issues as opposed to poor air quality or “just one of those things”. My guess is, it’s most. #EatWellBreatheWell

Desk Setup: Wool rug + Wooden coffee table + Sitting in the lotus position (“criss-cross”) on the ground. Sitting in the lotus position is better for your posture. It’s a much more natural way to sit. Many cultures still do this despite the existence of chairs. (Bonus: eating in this position its supposed to aid in digestion as well) #Lindy

I enjoy every workout and I enjoy every meal I cook at home. That’s why it’s harder for me to not exercise and eat junk food. I am, simply, at play.

Exercise and eating healthy are naturally positive feedback loops. Just do these consistently and it will begin to be difficult to be sedentary and eat unhealthily.

If your local rancher doesn’t allow you to orally siphon your raw milk straight from the utter and transfer it into mason jars, then that’s no longer your rancher. #ThisIsTheWay

I remember years ago watching a YouTube video of a guy who is a former bodybuilder and holds a PhD in Nutritional Sciences (Pretty sure he’s been on JRE) showing what he eats in a day. The video started with him whipping out a non-stick pan, covering it with some cooking-oil spray, and then proceeding to fill it with egg whites out of a carton. Needless to say, I had seen all I needed to before promptly turning off the video. These are the “nutrition experts”.

When dining out, order the bottled spring water or sparkling water w/o ice cubes. The cubes are likely tap water.
