Quick questions for the pros: How do hashtags work on #Nostr? As it seems interpretation depends on the client, right? Any oversight like "trending" or something that helps with this? Or don't use hashtags at all?

I think I'm a little confused. So I can't see Notifications in @npub1wnww...95l8, is that right? With @primal (the web app) I can see Notifications, but there are other issues. @npub1wnww...95l8 also doesn't let me find certain accounts when inserting into a post or using the search, unless I have already visited their profile first (this is what just happened to me when I first tried to mention @npub1wnww...95l8 in this post). Not sure if this is an issue with @npub1wnww...95l8 itself or it's compatibility with the Chromium web browser. Is that as good as it gets right now with #Nostr, so to use two different apps for the same purpose, or is there something better?
