I think, there's actually a lot of ways to promote BCH to people. Cashstamp is indeed one of them. Putting free BCH thru QR code in your products are a good idea. For every purchase they make, they can get free BCH to spend too. Another is verbally promoting it. Talk to people and explain how BCH works. Others may not be interested, but there will be some who will. We can help BCH to grow, spread the words, let them try it.

I think I'm becoming an expert now when it comes to crypto 😅 Today, I've been able to create one cashstamp (though I don't know if it works) I experienced na error earlier funding it as I'm using bitcoin.com wallet. Then try selene wallet as recommend and it works. Selene wallet supports both BCH and cashtokens too.

Here it is, my first cashstamp It's just a small amount of sats for trial. Not sure tho if it's working already. You can try scanning it. Hopefully it works.
