There are real biological and temperamental differences between men and women, in general of course. Discussing them isn’t inherently wrong, it can be interesting and insightful! The problem is that, in my experience, most of these conversations aren’t driven by curiosity but by an agenda: to argue that women are not appropriate to leadership or decision making. Too often, the goal is to find 'evidence' for treating women as second-class citizens. When someone comes up to me and says “ya know, women really…” 🚩🚩🚩🚨🚨🚨 all the alarm bells go off. Almost certainly that is someone who has set out to persuade me into thinking of myself as appropriately a follower, as appropriately less than. And fuck you bro, never gunna happen.
