1️⃣ No one knows what work will look like in 5 years. I'd love fewer proclamations and more informed hypotheses that we share, test, and refine in public.
2️⃣ People are still doing a lot of work, and they’re more anxious, overwhelmed, and overextended than ever.
We’re not paying enough attention to the emotional weight of this moment.
3️⃣ AI transformations are messy.
AI is powerful, but it still hallucinates, breaks things, and often needs human judgment to deploy well.
I’m curious for more stories about what *didn’t* go well.
