I lost 8kg (17.5lbs) from fasting. I've never done any fasting in my life before. I didn't think about doing it, I just stopped eating for a while. Did one small meal a day for two weeks followed by a 72hr fast. Now I weigh 68kg (150lbs). Pretty stoked. 💪
