Zap splits are a form of tax. It needs to be 100% voluntary, also the incentive to pay the split needs to be 100% voluntary for every single event. If not, it is theft and you'll lose customers.

Something is wrong with delivery as a whole. If the service is paid for by the sender, than the receiver isn't the client. Client is king, but that's the sender. Misalignement of incentives needs to be cured.
