When joints ache, I reach for Dr. Christopher's. I wore heels for half an hour Thursday, and now my right ankle and left knee are all achy and sore. This is what happens when you're closing in on 40, carry around a 25lb 8 month old, go barefoot all the time, and then put on heels for an event. Also...high heels are just not good in general.
