I’m in the poorest physical condition of my life. I have neglected my health for over two years. Today I have decided to take my body back: 200 a day till 200k No way I can do 200 pushups, but I will do 200 units of exercise per day as I work myself back into shape. Today my goal will be 80 pushups and 120 crunches. I will mix in some walking/jogging this week and will count 1 mile as 1 unit. Might also explore 1 minute of planking as 1 unit. Open to advice and emotional support. First 30 pushups are done

Today I moved about $24 to a local business using the Visa network. This transaction will cost that business about 72 cents or 3% of the transaction. This transaction should be finalized and irreversible in about 90 days. Also today, I moved about $8000 to a local business using the Bitcoin network. This transaction cost the business nothing and cost me about 16 cents or .00002% of the transaction. This transaction was finalized and irreversible in about 50 minutes.

Thinking about lightning nodes: If I have the hardware with the hot wallet and you have the seed phrase, which one of us has custody of the underlying asset? #asknostr

My process for cooking a steak: 1) pat dry and coat all sides with kosher salt and rest on a cooking rack for at least 45min 2) preheat stainless or cast iron skillet to about 425°. It’s ok if the tallow smokes a little bit 3) add beef tallow to hot pan for lubrication 4) add steak to pan and flip every 30 seconds until it reaches desired temp (125°F for most cuts for me) 5) evacuate the pan and let steak REST on wooden cutting board for ten minutes. image
