In addition to the three Satoshis I made in February, I’ll be making two more.

Today I made oyakodon.
Oyakodon is a Japanese chicken and egg rice bowl. The chicken is simmered in soy sauce, sake, dashi, and other seasonings, then cooked with eggs and served over rice.
By the way, “oyako” means “parent and child” 🐔🥚

Today I made a tuna and bonito zuke-don (marinated fish rice bowl).
It’s simple to make and very delicious 🐟
