🐟🥖 Christ is King

Is "Internet of Agents" going to be the next corporate buzz word? This seems to be an area very relevant to Nostr, Bitcoin, Lightning. I see that the large corporates are ignoring these and doing their usual thing of trying to create their own walled gardens or at least try to capture the protocol / standard to favor their own product lines. Is this where Nostr, Bitcoin, Lightning rise to prominence and disrupt the world in a meaningful way? I.e. as the glue that brings disparate AI systems together?

Now ask yourself if there is a single leader in corporate Japan who even understands the challenges/opportunities AI brings, never mind executing on them like this guy.
If you think Japan is screwed now I've got bad news for you in how I fear it's going to be in 5/10 years time. Japan is already only 30% as productive as California (which has a GDP almost the size of Japan's with 1/3 the population) but I honestly think that is going to sub 10% and fast. The future of Japan has to be either a second Meiji Restoration whereby counter elites embrace US business culture and practices or else full on colonization as US companies swoop in to buy up every Japanese asset with language no longer a barrier as AI makes localization effortless. It's going to be a jaw dropping end to the decade out here.
Is zap.stream a dead project? Just tried watching a few streams over there and most are broken (say they are live but you click and the stream has frozen or ended). Also cannot for the life of me work out how to stream from there. Any alternatives or else some kind of guide on how to set it up?

Bitcoin is really not *that* different from shitcoins. It was just the first, and had an ethical release in the spirit of free and open source software and cypher punk culture. But the grift around it is similar to shitcoins.
Because ultimately people see it as a way to get rich and so start to worship it in the same way heathens would worship the sun as the perceived source of their sustenance and well being.
All this meming--the confession booths and golden calves and the rest of it--are just people desperate, greedy, and afraid, hoping to keep the "buzz" alive in an effort to placate the orange "god" and make the number go up again or at least stop it going down due to his "anger".
People want to feel like they can do something to make the green candles manifest. It's the same thing the NFTs and meme coiners are doing. Trying to stoke some intangible buzz/vibe "fire" to manifest the green candle. At least with the shitcoiners many of them know it's just a game. So many in Bitcoin actually believe their own bullshit. What is this nonsense going to fix? When humans are so totally depraved, how much is a distributed ledger with a fixed and transparent issuance really going to help? A little, maybe. And maybe people who adopt early deserve to get a little rich. But you have to have clear eyes and full hearts about the fact that all this could be meaningless. It really could go to zero. It's not a deity to be feared/worshiped. It's mostly bullshit. I mean, maybe there is something serious here. I think there is. But the depraved and wicked creature that is man will find an infinite number of ways to corrupt and ruin it.
Good money is a good start. But we need a whole lot more building on top of that solid monetary foundation. And it's going to be a painful transition, I think. We need more self sacrifice, less self aggrandization. May the conference circuit disappear off the face of the earth for all eternity. And more than anything may we get back to the Bible in the west and put our hopes in Christ alone.
Chess is fundamentally a language with its own grammar and vocabulary, and each game is a conversation. Conversely, each conversation is also a game of chess. We always seek to collaborate (trade) on terms favorable to ourselves (or at least not unfavorable). When cooporation doesn't work, we use threats. Sometimes we threaten in secret and sometimes overtly. Sometimes our goals are well known to our interlocutor, but sometimes our calculation is so deep as to be leaning on the unconscious mind, and be unknown even to ourselves. There are reoccurring motifs and patterns to human interaction, and those who can recognize these, correctly evaluate the "position", and calculate or else recall the "correct" way forward, will have an advantage, and indeed go on to dominate in their chosen field. That chess is a language explains why learning it from early childhood is essential to become a master. That language is a game of chess explains the frustration of those who don't understand this when interacting with those who do. #chesster #chess
