Turns out my issues with Phoenix were due to PN. When I manually brought the Phoenix app into foreground while WoS, etc., were attempting to route payment, the payment succeeded. Thanks to Japan's #DiamondHands community for helping me to troubleshoot. @koji

Anyone else having problems receiving payments to Phoenix Wallet? I have enough channel liquidity but payments (even for very small amounts) from WoS and CoinOS have been regularly failing since last year.
