What is a blossom server vs a regular media server in the settings @Fabian ? Aren’t some of the regular servers like void.cat also blossom servers?
I set up a brand new account on X yesterday and it was immediately locked lmfao
Apparently the #Reticulum subreddit bans any discussion of making a discord server to chat on.
Which is hilarious on so many levels.
- Matrix was designed to be a Mossad metadata sponge. To add insult to injury, the UX is also dogshit.
- They’re already using Reddit, another literal Mossad operation, except this time centralized.
- Discord is precisely how Meshtastic got popular to begin with.
This is how simple it is to do private posts for friends…
When the user unfollows someone:
Generate a new content key
Re-encrypt all posts with the new key
Re-create key envelopes for all remaining followers
Update keys/_self.json with the new content key
The unfollowed user’s old key no longer decrypts anything

There’s something very sick about big creators pushing for “no algorithms” (looking at you, Louis Rossmann).
If there were no algorithms, there would be no way to discover new creators (AKA competitors to the big creators).
“Algorithms are evil” = “Only follow me. I know what’s best. Trust me. You don’t need anyone else.”
I think so too. It’s possible to lock down email to only government approved servers and give exceptions only to major corporations, but I think we only see that level of lockdown in North Korea. Other countries like Russia and China are under a much less restricted sort of “firewall”
