Relays will delete your messages no matter what. By allowing users to mark things as “deleted”, at least you’re letting relays know which things are okay to delete. Maybe rename “delete” to “recycling bin” or whatever. It won’t be fully gone until all relays empty their bins. #nostrdev #nostrux
