How people respond to you is ALWAYS based on their PERCEPTION: - Upbringing - Culture - Religion - Experiences - Belief systems - Values - Content exposure (books, films, social media) So, the next time you feel the need to lash out, fight with them, or respond, remind yourself that they are the product of their perception — their brain's training. What I've learned from my quest for esoteric knowledge through past life regression, meditation and research is: Life is transient. Everything is fleeting. We do not know when our last moment will come. Death is the start of a new beginning. It is returning to the 'source'. However, death is hard for those who are left behind. So cherish every moment. Let the people you care know how much they mean to you. Take away: Never take away their freedom to choose, even if it means it will hurt them in the process. Let me expand... It is very tempting to impose our ideas and advice on others, especially when we care for them. We instinctively want to protect. However, by doing so, you may be alienating them or pushing them away from you. Do not forget they are here (on Earth) to learn as much as you are. Let them exercise their choices and explore human experiences. I am not saying do not help people. Help them when you can, but not at the expense of their choices or your wellbeing. Never take away their freedom to choose, even if it means it will hurt them in the process. Yes, this can sometimes feel frustrating and disheartening. This, in itself, is part of your lesson: to never get too attached to anything and learn to let go.
