The socialist Spanish minister uses a private jet to attend a climate conference. 100 metres before the venue she gets out off the limo and takes a bicycle.
Climate conferences just got a whole lot more entertaining!

Stay humble, no matter what.
I'd like to share a revelation that I've had during my time here. It came to me when I tried to classify your currency and I realized that you're not actually sound money. Every sound money on this planet instinctively develops a natural equilibrium with the surrounding economy but you paper bills do not. You move to an economy and you multiply and multiply until every natural resource is consumed and the only way you can survive is to spread to another economy. There is another entity on this planet that follows the same pattern.
Do you know what it is? A virus. Paper bills are a disease, a cancer of this planet. You're a plague and #bitcoin is the cure.
My wife is completely unaware of #nostr and I hope it stays that way :) This is truly a freedom platform for me.

Good stuff from Breedlove and Josef.
I had also prepared a slightly different section with a similar perspective on the same topic in turkish.
Bitcoiners understand each other on a deep level that no one else can comprehend. It's almost like a cult.
Democracy is an illusion.
There are certain things that are not going well.
Throughout the history of civilization, individuals have often found themselves inclined to unconsciously relinquish their power to central authorities. We continue to drift towards an overlooked impasse.
And in doing so:
We are being asked to row the oars in a current of the ocean. We find ourselves within a decaying system where the cause and consequences are still unclear. Authority seeks power. It desires the ability to make decisions, regulate and supervise, control and distribute privileges. Throughout history, numerous governments, states, and individuals have asked us to walk alongside them in an honest and principled journey, and we have repeatedly descended to the lower decks of ships, taking up the oars once again. This time, however, it's different! It has been claimed that it doesn't matter, that we need not concern ourselves with where the ship is headed. We've been told that unity begets strength. It has reached a point. But when we look back, the outcome resulting from the amalgamation of the individual powers we have surrendered seems to have enabled the institutionalization and solidification of authority. This, in turn, paves the way for further reinforcement of an unnoticed impasse. The fundamental problem in the concept of an ideal state, dating back to Plato and spanning thousands of years, has always revolved around who will control power, how it should be wielded, and how it should be distributed among the institutions of authority. The return of power to society is not even being considered. Society is being led into an impasse where it is urged to choose among politicians whom they believe represent their interests, and they are asked to vote for limited options in order to effect change—for a better state, a stronger economy, and a more just and egalitarian form of governance. As a result, we find ourselves generally divided into two opposing poles, with one group elevating despots like Hitler, Mussolini, and Franco, while the other prefers seeking refuge in figures like Lenin, Tito, and Mao.
More often than not, those who emerge from the moderate factions or represent the more moderate sides of both extremes manage to hold onto power. Throughout history, these factions have sought to prolong their dreams of dominance for centuries by gaining the support of a sufficient majority, which they believe justifies their cause, even though it lacks true egalitarianism. They oversimplify individuals within a pluralistic society, reducing them to mere numerical assets, and they present the resulting outcome as a definitive answer. However, instead of perceiving this as an inescapable problem, I believe that we need to prioritize letting go of the oars we currently hold. Throughout history, chains have been broken many times, only to witness a new master taking hold of the helm, promising justice and a more equal distribution while wielding the whip. Equality, freedom, fairness, and principles are not merely new concepts but also intellectual tools claimed to be the fundamental building blocks of democracy, concealing the true nature of power. We have reached a point where the correctness of the majority and the incorrectness of the minority are voted upon, transforming the scale into a long-broken balance.
That is why I do not vote; I buy #bitcoin. I have been doing this for a considerable time. During each election, I allocate an additional budget and continue to purchase bitcoin in equal portions throughout the campaign. By safeguarding these assets in a cold wallet, my intention is not to be seen as a leveraged participant or to be classified as part of a numerical majority or minority. Rather, it is my way of supporting the pursuit of a better state, a stronger economy, and a more just and egalitarian form of governance.

Normally, I am not inclined to share my precious satoshis, but #zaps has changed my perspective. Recognizing and supporting the true value creators has made it easier for me to give back.
