I'm extremely proud of this episode. Ashigaru is incredibly important. The arrest of Samourai devs was thought to be a death blow to privacy on Bitcoin shutting down an important protocol and sending a chilling effect to would-be developers But within a year, the incredible Ashigaru team has spun up another protocol, showing that open source software is unstoppable! We're so lucky to have Jordan / linkinparkrulz join us to explain to our audience this absolutely significant achievement

Don’t be deceived by the title of my book “Bitcoin for Institutions”. This is no corporate shill. It’s real talk for companies who want to engage with Bitcoin. It reinforces the value of the individual. This is the book you want to give your CFO and CEO. And @ZEUS made the experience of getting it easy and awesome! https://zeuspay.com/btc-for-institutions

Ones man’s trash is another man’s treasure. Paper bitcoin means nothing to me but it could alter the fate of companies in a positive or negative way. My book, Bitcoin for Institutions, will teach companies how to engage with Bitcoin the right way - with the individual at the forefront. Zeus built a great site to buy it with lightning - only 2100 sats! https://zeuspay.com/btc-for-institutions

The story of Phish is important for Bitcoiners. We're building upon their shoulders. Episode 15 is about the Dude of Life and his secret show at the Wetlands. Our version of the Dude is @Bassload and our version of the Wetlands is @PUBKEY 10 blocks away. We played a show there for the ages last week.

Found an old pic of me (right) from #Phish Sugarbush 1995 on the campsite. We’re approaching the 30 year anniversary of the last innocent summer Phish fans would ever experience, as Jerry Garcia would die within 6 weeks turning literally everything upside down. I saw 7 shows that summer culminating in the last 4 being Great Woods and Sugarbush. Was one of the greatest 2 week periods of my life and I’ll never forget it. image

Learning in the rabbit hole is not linear. It is circular. Some ideas are linear in that they require prerequisites. But sometimes learning a concept needs motivation from another field. And the only way to know this is to study that field. But the academic knowledge base in that field might not understand your motivation so you might have to go back to your “prerequisite” and relearn it after receiving the proper motivation. Our world is not built for the pursuit of Interdisciplinary knowledge. It requires a great deal of savings as well as 1) the ability to bear significant opportunity costs and 2) the acceptance of the fact that one might die before receiving the answers they are seeking. One must be obsessed with their curiosity and endowed with capital to walk this path.
