This conversation of on @You’re The Voice podcast with @Efrat Fenigson talking with Richard Byworth is yet „another one of those”. If you’re interested in traditional finance outlook on Bitcoin, in learning why many big finance people miss the Bitcoin’s point, and where each of us could turn our friends attention to educate them about the orange gold, this episode is for you! Woke up quite early today and decided to spend the remaining hour of my “sleep time” listening to some insightful content. As luck would have it (although I don’t believe in luck), the new episode of @nat brunell podcast “Coin Stories”, featuring Mark Moss was up. So, there I was listening and thinking, and imagining… Not only does this perspective on “what’s up with Bitcoin” make me feel even more optimistic about the future of my family and my siblings, but also reassured me in the idea that there is no simpler and yet more profound in its simplicity “retirement plan” than “stacking sats and focusing on my craft.” Incredibly dense, easy to understand and pointedly articulate piece of content to explore, suitable for all that wish to hear Mark’s perspective on these times in terms of #Bitcoinomy I will certainly share it with a few of my friends who are still sat on the fence in terms of Bitcoin… Thank you, Natalie! Great stuff! image

Whenever you lack health, all you can think about is getting it back. Is it, then, a stretch to conclude that it is the disease at the root of our monetary system today that causes people to pay such outsized attention to money? Simply out of discomfort…? It is therefore not exactly that “the love of money is the root of all evil” (1 Timothy 6:10, KJV), but rather that by enduring the discomfort of broken money—like an illness—for so long, we have simply forgotten what truly matters. And since “where attention goes, energy flows,” we have surrendered our collective psyche to the crooked spooks at the center of the fiat monetary scam. Is it because of this that we believe that by “fixing the money,” we can “fix the world”? I hope that is the case. I feel that is the case. I pray that is the case. And I have certainly felt it happening in my life ever since I understood what Bitcoin truly means. #FoodforThought image

Your sleep (it’s quality, length and regularity) is the most important, free and efficient way to ensure your body, mind (and by extension - soul) stay healthy and supportive of your life’s longevity and health span. “Making sure you slept well is like buying bitcoin - it pays off into the future, without fail.” But Woj, - “What could lack of sleep cause?” - you may ask… Well: 💤 After 1 Day Comparable to having a blood alcohol level of 0.10% — legally drunk in many countries. Cognitive and physical effects: • Slower reaction time and reduced coordination • Impaired judgment and concentration • Decreased short-term memory • Mood swings, irritability, or anxiety • Microsleeps (brief, involuntary moments of sleep lasting seconds) • Reduced hand-eye coordination • Increased appetite (due to hormonal imbalance — more ghrelin, less leptin) Health risk: Temporary but affects safety — driving or operating machinery is dangerous. ⸻ 😵‍💫 After 2 Days At this stage, the body is in extreme stress mode. Cognitive and emotional effects: • Severe difficulty focusing and thinking logically • Major drop in motivation and accuracy • Heightened emotional reactivity or apathy • Hallucinations (visual or auditory) may begin • Microsleeps become more frequent and longer • Speech slurring and difficulty expressing thoughts Physical effects: • Tremors, increased heart rate, and blood pressure • Decreased immune function • Hormonal imbalance affecting metabolism and stress hormones (e.g., cortisol rise) ⸻ 🤯 After 3 Days The brain starts breaking down normal function — it’s entering crisis mode. Neurological and psychological effects: • Strong hallucinations and delusions • Paranoia and confusion • Extreme difficulty concentrating or remembering • Emotional instability (crying, anger, detachment) • Decision-making and perception highly distorted Physical effects: • Slurred speech and poor motor control • Very low body temperature regulation • Compromised immune response • Severe fatigue and physical weakness At this point: It’s similar to severe intoxication or certain psychiatric conditions. Functioning normally is nearly impossible. ⸻ 😵 After 7 Days This level of deprivation is extremely dangerous and rare. It is officially illegal to deprive people of sleep for longer than 7 days, even in interrogation conditions. Mental and physical collapse: • Persistent hallucinations and disconnection from reality • Memory loss and disorientation • Total breakdown of cognitive and emotional control • Risk of psychosis (“sleep deprivation psychosis”) • Weakened immune system — prone to infections • Severe hormonal and metabolic disruption • Possible cardiovascular irregularities Medical risk: • Life-threatening if prolonged. • The body may force “microsleeps” lasting up to 30 seconds or longer, even with eyes open. • There are no verified cases of someone surviving indefinitely without sleep — animal studies show fatal immune collapse after prolonged deprivation. Did you know there are people that think spraying the sky with toxic substances will save us all…? Yeah, I didn’t either. Until recently. And then I listened to this deeply insightful interview on @Daniel Prince „Once Bitten” podcast. They are spraying the sky, saying it will save the planet while the only thing it will certainly do is pollute our lungs, crops and beautiful natural habitats. We should never forget to thank the global crazies, they truly outdid themselves this time! Not only am I getting the book, I’m going to look up at the sky more often. It’s as disturbing as it sounds. And it’s certainly something @₿en Wehrman could explore on his show! What do you think, Ben? image
