How do I evaluate relays? I see a long list of relay addresses. No clue why I should choose one over the other. Also, how many relays should I be connected to? Is there a point of diminishing returns? More guidance is need here.

Help me out, nostritches. I'm looking for a technology... I want to make a talking head video of myself, TikTok style. But I want to use an avatar. I want to choose that avatar (i.e. upload an image) and the technology will plot the face and map it to my own, and then reflect the movement of my mouth and facial expressions. Does such a tech exist? Surely it does. Help a minstrel out.
