so let me get this right. an anthropic rat leaves his job complaining we’re all gonna die because of ai. then goes on cnn and parrots the same bullshit. next day his boss dario goes on cnn and repeats the same thing. my question is, if you agree with your fucking boss, why did you leave your job.

unplug, wait 10 sec and plug it back’s still the best hot fix. wonder what ai is gonna do about it.
4-yr cycle progress.

so a security researcher joins anthropic, stays for about two months and walks away before his equity vests. then immediately starts appearing in giant ai could kill us all talks. tell me it’s a setup without telling me it’s a setup. they're so fucking afraid of open models.
openai may be the most unethical lab on the planet. they used a customer’s training data, threw 10k agents at the problem, got there first, then rushed out the announcement to claim it.
in the age of ai, humans will increasingly be in the loop of consuming while ai is in the loop of creating. post-ai, the ultimate human job may be to consume and consume only. choose and experience, not create. we bred horses, then became riders. cars came and we became drivers. now cars are becoming the drivers and we’re becoming passengers. the activity didn’t disappear. our role in the loop changed.
lots of old coins moving lately. coldcard, and now the liquid network stuff is getting into people’s heads. if blackrock paid billions to advertise their etf, they couldn’t have done a better job.
if you’re in your 30s/40s and can make it another 20 yrs with no major health problems, you might be looking at 130/150. humanity is getting closer to completely reversing aging within the next 50 yrs or so. not slowing, reversing it. the human body is just biological code, like any other software. we just don’t know how to read and rewrite all of it yet.
another perspective to take into consideration.

don’t act like you didn’t know. agi is coming and bitcoin will be the first system pushed to failure because it’s the largest permissionless liquidity pool on earth. every assumption, edge case, mempool rule, wallet path and economic incentive will get fuzzed at machine speed.
zcash new twitter corporate marketing playbook: buy old accounts, change the username and profile pic, then cosplay as a longtime bitcoiner who suddenly “switched” from bitcoin to zcash. totally organic.
feels like we’re starting to live in multiple centuries at once.

the biggest productivity bottleneck right now isn’t a better ai model. it’s laptop battery life. a laptop that lasts a week, (or even 3-4 days) while running agents continuously in the background would probably have 10x more impact on gdp than the next marginal jump in model intelligence.
i thought zcash was the biggest scam in crypto, but this bip110 token might have even more potential.

if you think proprietary model developers like anthropic or openai will release their best models to the public, you’re dead wrong. they’ll always keep their strongest models for themselves and use them internally with zero and i mean zero care or obligation to the public good. this is why open models matter. no private or public company should have access to a model more capable than the best open weight model available to everyone.
