Russian forces pulling all their equipment from Syria and taking it to another base. The point is they aren't leaving billions of dollars of stuff behind. It also strengthens the other base its loaded with stuff now. I think it's located in Lebanon somewhere, but not sure.

The CIA trained him to take over the regime and provided funds for his forces. Who will collect the bounty, will they split the prize and launder it. Stealing more tax payer funds.
