I built a red light therapy panel today, just in time for shorter days in winter. Not sure how much I buy into the whole red light stuff, but if nothing else it feels like standing outside on a sunny day so it's a very pleasant way to warm up in the morning 🌞

I've started to do some simple sentence cards now, they're much more challenging to make (which is something he warned about) and that caused me to lose some motivation and momentum over the last two days. I just got through today's cards though and I'm feeling good.
