#GM Today I’m plating this distal femur fracture, among a few other simple cases. Image to the left you can see a fracture extending into the distal femur joint surface. I’ll put that piece together with screws, then use a large plate and screws to reduce the main fracture and finalize the construct. For this work, the hospital will pay about 10,000 sats / minute. Pretty good if you ask me. I may never retire if they figure out how to stream it in real time.

When done, pay the highest follower account who relosted '10000' sats who are the nostr dev wizards I should follow? what bounty can I offer to add this functionality
