India's #startup space is pretty saturated now. But what bothers me is that no one digitizing the brick and mortar shops. They are left in the lurch. Most of the people are now online. Those who are not, are getting into it very fast. But the brick-n-mortar shops are severely beaten by the conglomerates. If they are given visibility, they can still make profits.

Was reading Jay Samit's "Future Proofing You" and found a really nice technique to grow connection and find mentors on LinkedIn. So, I logged into my rusty LinkedIn profile. Apart from seeing my old college friends all well-placed now, I realised I have a tendency to disagree with most of the stuff shared on popular social networks. All the posts seem so shallow and half-baked and you can tell just by reading a couple of sentences that most of them are aimed at getting more likes and shit. I don't get the point honestly. If you have a good product/skill, you'd get noticed. Instead of posting non-sense on social media, these people should be writing good code and release them on Github. Of all the devices I own, iPad is perhaps the best choice I made. Tech specs aside, this device has given me the opportunity to read so many books I will probably lose count. Over the years, it is showing its age but I think I extend its life for one more year. But again, the new age iPad's are absolutely breathtaking. It's a sad truth Apple devices are so expensive that I have to plan at least a year ahead of purchasing. Also, I am broke.

The buggest two problems for science are perhaps time and space. Imagine, if we have tech to travel lightyears in seconds. The vastness of universe would no longer be a problem.
