Eating your own dog food is the part that most people who larp about freedom or "censorship resistance", skip. I personally now use Nostr more than all the other social media platforms combined. Not only has this made me productive, due to the absence of manipulative algos, but that also strengthened my resolve when it comes to putting my money where my mouth is. Just like how banks were deputized by the state to collect your financial info, schools are being used to collect your child's data and build psychological profiles on them that will remain in the control of the powers that be and will never be deleted. This NPD becomes a huge cause for concern when you start thinking 20 years ahead, and you then realize that the state by then will have data and individual profiles on all its citizens. This has nothing to do with any of the stated objectives imho, it seems like pre-crime infrastructure that will eventually be paired with your digital ID
