Climate hysterics in a nutshell

1/2 of Carnivore month is over. 🥩🧂 So far, I’ve lost 10lbs and then regained 5, lost a lot of excess fat and glycogen and added some muscle mass.⚖️ My digestion is finally flawless and it never felt better. I have no hunger cramps, sugar cravings or other. Can be without food for 24h without a problem.👌 Sleep quality is much improved and I sleep less while getting more rest.💤 Energy levels are stable and I have no more daytime tiredness. 🔋 The main problem I see is having less strength in the gym and I am trying to find out whether it is from a lack of carbs or just kickboxing fatigue.🏋️‍♀️ Today is also the day I stop drinking coffee for the rest of the month. Hope to see even further improvement in that.☕️ Incidentally, I just cooked one of the best T-bone steaks so far. Made some carnivore mayo on the side. Limitation facilitates expertise.🧑‍🍳

We live in a lob-sided world.⚖️ On the one hand you have obsolete and stagnant remnants of the Industrial era who are gradually collapsing into oblivion.📉 On the other you have a fringe minority of free thinkers who are rapidly constructing a new monetary order adapted to the demands of the Information Age.📈 The fascinating part is how pessimism and loneliness are becoming the norm of one system and optimism and altruism are increasing in the other. The only way to be enthusiastic about the future is to join the minority and move to places where its ideals are most advanced until it fully permeates the world.🌅 Just some thoughts I had about the observable depression in people living around me in the developed world. Might have to move to a more forward looking place soon when this gets out of hand. Any ideas? 💡 🇸🇻🇳🇬🇨🇷
