It's just a thought but it's not "SATS" that people are afraid or confused about. It's bitcoin itself. They understand the basics of money. Their current has smaller units as well. Dollars, cents, etc. If you tell then sats is just smaller units of bitcoin, doesn't solve the problem in whole. They view bitcoin as too complicated because to them, it is. Until it's on a card or in their hand, where they can use it and get familiar with it, they will not put effort into understanding.
