GM! My allergies have been pretty awful, and I’m dealing with a post nasal drip that had me up all night with a nagging cough. Tried sleeping sitting up, with humidifier next to me, and occasionally sipping tea w honey. Headed into work for a 14 hour day on just a few hours of broken sleep. Not ideal.
