I see value in working in office. I also see value in working from home and i love it.
But sometimes it feels like my coworkers are distracted, they are not available sometimes for large portions of the day. Some have admitted to playing golf when they were suppose to be helping me. This all, while i work 55+ hrs a week.
I am starting to dislike remote work because i am finding the environment i am in allows too much slack.
