✅ Day 13 of #100pushups 25-25-25-25 When will 100/day be a habit? I asked ChatGPT. Research by Dr. Phillippa Lally and her team at University College London found that, on average, it takes about 66 days for a new behavior to become automatic. For doing 100 pushups per day, if you are consistent and motivated, you might expect it to take around two to three months for it to become a habit.
✅ Day 12 of #100pushups 25-25-25-25-25 I didn’t think I’d find time today but I did. Feels good!
✅ Day 11 of #100pushups 25-25-25-25-25 Going to try for some 30 sets soon. Getting closer to not running out of steam at the end of each set.
✅ Day 9 of #100pushups 25-25-10-10-10-10-10 Almost done 10 days total now. Even just 900 pushups changes you. Looking forward to my 100th day.
✅ Day 6 of #100pushups 25-25-25-25 Continuing on pretty strong today. I still end up losing my discipline, compromising posture for the last 5 of each set. I’m hoping that soon, I can get some better consistency from start to finish.
✅ Day 5 of #100pushups 25-25-25-25 Feeling way better today. One day off after a long flight was nice. No trouble today! Let’s get this next day now.
✅ Day 4 of #100pushups 15-10 morning 25 afternoon 25 evening 25 evening I got past a bit of a block this morning. Looking forward to tomorrow. I have a long 12hr flight so I’ll try and do them all before taking off.
✅ Day 3 of #100pushups 15-10 15-10 15-10 15-5-5 in struggle town. Feeling like my muscles haven’t rested, so it’s tough. However, they are already gaining mass it appears. It’s a mental game to keep pushing. Funny how day 1 was the easiest so far… maybe just because I wasn’t using my arms this much before. The fitness journey continues! Proof of work is the only way haha
✅ Day 2 of #100pushups 25 at home. 25 in the forest. 10-15-15-10 at home. This is still pretty tough. The 25 in the forest during a break from hiking felt great. Trying to get the next 50 after returning home was hard. Let’s see what happens tomorrow.
