If you're using on-chain zaps, you might as well never reuse the same npub. Even then, nostr remains not private as long as you do not seperate IP addresses and devices with each different npub. Anyone here can be tracked trivially. Using TOR helps, but this kills the experience because of latency increase. Nobody wants to wait 5 secs or more for the feed to load.

Bitcoin is not fungible only if you, as an individual, will not accept it because you were driven to be a pussy not accepting "tainted" Bitcoin — at the protocol level Bitcoin is fungible.
