Some years ago I was at a meetup explaining taproot and schnorr signatures. I felt like a cypherpunk genius.🤓😂 I was running Bitcoin meetups. I was up to date on what was happening in the space. I’d spent years & over 10,000 hours studying #Bitcoin. I’d say I was a non-technical expert. I loved discussing Bitcoin. Then a few years ago I had an intense kundalini awakening and subsequent mental things happen. I lost a lot of my “left brain” functioning. Many things in my life have changed since all this. I spent quite a bit of time away from following Bitcoin, fell out of the loop & forgot things, fell out of touch with friends & bitcoiners. I miss it.🧡 The learning, the growing, the people, the interesting conversations, the building, the events. Things change fast, but Bitcoin remains steady. I’m grateful to those building a more freedom-oriented future with Bitcoin. I’m curious whether anyone else has had a brain change like this and whether it was tied to a spiritual awakening or something else. For example, I know someone who went from math/scientist to artist after a brain tumor. It’s frustrating to not remember things one once knew well. I’m sure many can relate to this part about something. A language, a skill. I’m working on the brain stuff, and I am hopeful to remember/relearn/reconnect! And I’m hopeful something new and wonderful comes from all this as well 🤍
