Anyway, if anyone has natural remedies for dealing with formication (the flea feeling), I’d love to hear about them.

It feels like I had a roach infestation (the depression), and the solution offered was to burn down the whole house (antidepressants), and in my desperation I did exactly that, now I’m trying to put the fire out and find other ways.

Did those pills serve a purpose in their season? Yes. Could there have been another way? I’m almost certain the answer there is also yes. But I’m here now, grateful I’m through that season, but also realizing it will be years of undoing the damage they caused.
