Saison aged in clay amphoras with Riesling grape must. I think I remember this being great, but I think this bottle is 5-6 years old so it may be sour AF.

First trial batch of brisket beef bacon curing in the fridge, to be smoked next week.
If it's good, we'll be eating beef bacon at our camping trip in April!
