Completed a 200-mile run over Labor Day Weekend, my first attempt at that distance. Feet especially my toes are still numb. Blisters almost gone. Running again and feeling good. Learned a lot about foot care and sleep despite 20 years of continuous ultrarunning. That’s one thing i love about the sport (or hobby?) is that i learn so much about myself and running ultradistances. It’s all been trial and error with lots of self-directed learning (books, forums, videos, podcasts, informal chats). Onto the next adventure.
