Spending my weekend with another David Goggins inspired 4x4x48 challenge (4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours). Toughest part isnt the miles but the lack of sustained sleep. Always wanting to make it harder, i challenged myself to average 5 miles every 4 hours. We’ll see how it goes.
