Recently I heard @ODELL celebrate Elon's X takeover, saying "he's absolutely crushing it". In reality, Elon is helping governments crush the voice of dissent and opposition. The X block of Istanbul's mayor is coming after his imprisonment by Turkish gov last month. image

I didn't know I was so susceptible to jetlag. Last year coming back from El Salvador it took me a month to get rid of it. This year it's already messing me up for 1 week. Any tips on how to fix it?
