The package developer could add a `recursive` property in the package.json funding area, which would be a decimal between 0 and 1 describing how much of any received funding would be automatically sent further down to other packages devs. It could be achieved even more granularly by combining PkgZap with ZapSlitter.

It's been two weeks but I just can't get over how insulting it is from the ECB to pretend they're giving the People a say in the making of their money by allowing them to pick the new banknotes design.
