Recently, I've been waking up around 3-4 AM feeling completely rested. I don't feel sleepy during the day either. I'm suspecting that this might be a side effect of creatine. A few days ago, I stopped taking creatine, and I'm curious to see if my sleep returns to normal. Has anyone experienced this side effect from creatine? #longevity

Diving into Longevity: A Personal Journey Over the past six months, I've been placing an increasing focus on longevity. A podcast episode from @nopara73 resonated with me, where he was mentioned, "We've solved the money problem; now it's time to concentrate on living a long life." This statement sparked my interest and set me on a quest to explore this fascinating topic. Since then, I've immersed myself in the subject, reading Peter Attia's book and following his podcast. The insights I've gained have led to some significant changes in my health and lifestyle. Here are a few practices that have made a drastic difference for me: - Morning Cold Showers: Starting my day with a cold shower has been invigorating and has improved my mental clarity. - Strength and Bodyweight Training: I've committed to at least two sessions of weight training or bodyweight exercises each week, which has greatly enhanced my physical fitness. - Eliminating Junk Food and an 8-Hour Eating Window: Cutting out junk food and adopting an 8-hour eating window has improved my energy levels and overall well-being. - Early Bedtime and Rising Early: Going to bed before 10 PM and waking up early has helped me establish a more productive daily routine. - Frequent Walking, Especially Uphill in Zone 2: Incorporating regular walks, particularly uphill in Zone 2, has boosted my cardiovascular health and endurance. - Limiting Alcohol Consumption: I now limit myself to a maximum of one alcoholic drink per week, usually just a beer. In the next few days, I don't plan to follow the news at any level. It's likely that the shitshow will also come up here on Nostr, so I'm stepping back from here as well. Whatever happens in the upcoming period, my focus will be on family, myself, my "fiat miner" job, and of course: staying humble and stacking sats!

GM! Miben más a Nostr? Nos, emlékszem, hogy a néhány évig tartó Xitter időszakomban szinte egyáltalán nem posztoltam, csupán fogyasztottam a sok - nagyrészt - silány tartalmat. Közben pedig egyre inkább éreztem a mentális függőséget, hogy folyamatosan pörgetnem kell a timeline-t. A Nostr viszont teljesen más. Itt kedvem támad megosztani a gondolataimat, legyenek azok akár komolyabb eszmecserék, akár vicces shitpostok, és reagálni mások bejegyzéseire is. Nem érdekel hányan "likeolnak", nincs függés; általában reggel és este végigpörgetem, és ennyi. Ezt az érzést utoljára az internet kezdetén, a 2000-es évek elején tapasztaltam. A jövő fényes, Nostr only!
