Eat between 0.6 - 1 gram of protein per body weight depending on exercise level. Curb hunger and maintain/build muscle. Avoid being protein deficient.

Lifting tip: if you’re having trouble keeping a neutral spine during a deadlift, position your feet with toes turned slightly out. This will help maintain a flatter back throughout the pull. Get after it 💪

Take a low time preference approach to your health and wealth. No fad diets or exercises. Find something that works and don’t stop training if you want to be a kickass 90 year old. Stack sats along the way for max benefit.
