This charming historic destination provides the perfect backdrop for an inspiring and fun-filled weekend. As the first Bush Bash of the calendar year, the Victorian team has been working hard to ensure it’s one to remember. Accommodation: Beechworth is ideally located for attendees traveling from all over the east coast and beyond. It’s about a 3-hour drive from Melbourne and a 6-hour drive from Sydney. Alternatively, the nearby Albury Airport is a convenient option for those flying in. A variety of accommodation options are available, ranging from quaint bed and breakfasts to cozy motels and boutique hotels in Beechworth itself. Other attractions: If you plan to bring family along or extend your trip, Beechworth has a wealth of attractions to enjoy. You can explore the historic Beechworth Asylum, take a scenic walk along the Beechworth Gorge, or visit the Beechworth Cemetery, which has ties to the famous Australian outlaw, Ned Kelly.
