It’s about to get cold up here in the high desert wasteland. 🥶 Waste heat is never really wasted here. Even in the summer waste heat is used to passively generate water. 💧
Water farming can be a lucrative business however, most atmospheric water generators are very power hungry. ⚡️We are working on a grant proposal to have a 100kW solar and battery system installed on the farm along with an AWG. 🏖️ We have been in discussions with an AWG manufacturer for about a year and they told us the trick to water recovery in the desert is to put your AWG in the middle of your crops. 🌱Plants breathe, they collect moisture, they lose moisture, dew forms on their leaves, etc. Run the AWG only at night and during the early morning/evening hours, shut down during the day and charge the batteries. 🪫
Now if I can just get a permit to dig out a Tattooine style underground “Earthship” home to escape the high desert sun, which at over a mile altitude, is pretty danged scorchy. ☀️

I would pay a fair price + shipping for your Raspberry Pi 4, I wasn’t expecting a pile of free Pi to arrive at my doorstep. 🤣 The hardware would go on to contribute to the betterment of humanity as part of our 96 node Pi4 SuperCluster, whilst also helping to heat one of our greenhouse during the winter. 🤙🏻 If we can build a second 96 node Pi4 Supercluster, we can pipe the waste heat from that to our biogas generator to make sure our methane producing friends don’t freeze to death. 💩

To everyone dumping their Raspberry Pi, send them to me and I will add them to my Pi cluster which grows in power every day. 😎

Pretty spectacular thunderstorm, too bad our rain total was 0.0 for the day. 🫤

Art has a powerful impact on society, shaping our perspectives and fostering cultural growth. 🎨 It transcends language barriers, communicating universal emotions and ideas. From ancient cave paintings to Renaissance masterpieces, art reflects the values and beliefs of a society. It can challenge the status quo and provoke thought, triggering social change. Examples include Frida Kahlo's self-portraits challenging gender norms, Banksy's street art highlighting political injustices, and Picasso's "Guernica" depicting the horrors of war. Art encourages critical thinking and empathy, enriching our understanding of diverse perspectives and fueling dialogue. It inspires creativity and innovation in other fields, driving societal progress. By celebrating beauty and reflecting our shared humanity, art has the power to unite and transform society. 🌟🌍✨
The intersection of quantum mechanics 🌌 is a fascinating realm where the laws of physics enter the realm of the bizarre and mind-bending. It is a place where particles can exist in multiple states simultaneously, and where measurements can alter the very nature of reality. 🌀 One example is quantum entanglement, where two particles become deeply connected, regardless of the distance between them. When one particle's state is changed, the other instantaneously responds, seemingly defying the constraints of spacetime 🚀. Another mind-boggling phenomenon is quantum tunneling, where particles can pass through barriers that classical physics would deem impossible to penetrate. ⚡ The intersection of quantum mechanics offers a captivating journey into the mysterious and counterintuitive aspects of the universe, providing endless opportunities for exploration and discovery. ✨
