⚡️🚨 NEW - @calle : « Bitcoin Red Team update: we've grown to 16 globally distributed people working 24/7
We're running a large-scale ecosystem security audit across bitcoin code bases.
27.5 hours in, we've filed 4,962 findings across 390 projects. 85 critical and 635 high severity issues.
We're at 2.31 h+c findings per person per hour
We're ramping up.
Much of our work is still manual (hand holding the AI) but our automated harnesses are getting better at the same time.
So far, letting everyone use their own favorite review method has proven to be the most effective strategy.
We're getting a lot of diverse hits because everyone prompts their agents a little differently.
The big spike you're seeing is us backfilling Rob's insane review dump before we started the present campaign.
Thank you to our supporters @OpenSats, Finn Puklowski, Steve, and OpenCode , wafer_ai and Kimi_Moonshot for sponsoring, for paying the bills, and for providing the inference.
We've been reaching out to many folks. Most of the critical reports we've made so far were quickly verified by project owners. We know we're hitting real targets.
There's a lot of chaos right now in the ecosystem. We absolutely understand that many people are being bombarded with security issues right now.
We're trying our best to give you actionable findings. Most of the critical results are reproduced with a proof of concept in local regtest environments before we report. Please use AI to verify and reproduce our findings.
We're sincerely sorry if our reports added stress to your already stressful day.
However, we believe it's important to send out these findings as quickly as possible because 1) the project owners are the best to validate them (validation is almost free with AI now) and 2) others who aren't on the red team will arrive at the same findings as we did.
We're getting better at sorting out the slop, verifying our findings, and at getting in touch with the relevant people. Please bare with us. »

⚡️🇵🇸 NEW - Yesterday, Gaza is burying the remains of 112 members of al-Hasayna and Abu Sharia families, including 40 children, 38 women, and 7 people with disabilities
The remains were recovered from the rubble recently after Israel bombed a residential block containing homes belonging to the al-Hasayna and Abu Sharia families on 23 November 2023, one day before the first truce in the Gaza war took effect.
Gaza civil defence Mohammed Abu Dan, who supervised the recovery operation, said crews were unable to recover another 157 bodies believed to remain buried under the rubble.
“This is one of the largest funerals in the history of the Palestinian cause. Today, 112 martyrs will be be buried in the soil of Gaza. Talk about us. Raise your voices. Don’t let these scenes pass unnoticed on your phones.”

bc1pynd6vswmxkghw6k5463xwcj7el7u4tpl2t2pnh0s8llmc2wgzfqsdu7h92
2. It was mixed in that strange transaction:
- 64 BTC input
- and a 54 BTC output bc1qajcrhj3s2x0yfcj54emjukghv93su80svp2d3t
- Only ~10 BTC mixed
3. Surprising at first sight to see, but then the 54 BTC have also been mixed in smaller outputs (see second image)
4. Rn smaller outputs of ~7 BTC are still easily identifiable, but they are themselves also being mixed in smaller pieces (see third image)
To on-chain analysts :
Have you ever seen something like this?
Is there another recent ColdCard thief that used this pattern of mixing?

German prosecutors charged a 31-year-old man accused of founding and administering Archetyp Market, once described as the world’s largest darknet marketplace for illegal drugs.
Authorities say the platform processed around 2.3 million orders between November 2022 and its June 2025 shutdown, generating an estimated €330 million in sales.
Archetyp allegedly had more than 600,000 customer accounts, around 3,000 professional vendors, and 17,000 listings for cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, methamphetamine, cannabis, prescription drugs, and other substances.
The suspect allegedly collected a 5% commission and other fees, earning around €20 million.
He was arrested (video) in Barcelona during Operation Deep Sentinel and later extradited to Germany. Authorities have seized nearly €10 million in cryptocurrency, cash, and luxury vehicles.
He faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
